I bought one of these 5 years ago, I used it religiously for a few years, then the supplier I got my incense pills from stopped selling them. You gotta clean them constantly or they get covered in sticky gunk from the incense. They're wonderful, but using it requires almost as much attention as a pet.

Warning about residue from backflow cones
UPDATE: I initially posted the backflow insense I got from Amazon and did love them until they finished burning. The oily substance left behind is horrible and you cant get rid of it. Stick to better regular insense
